Mary Tain is an experienced massage therapist that provides massage therapy at Otium Wellness.

About Mary:

I have a deep appreciation for the healing power of Massage Therapy, and I enjoy working with clients to aid in restoring health and functionality to the body.  I have taken advanced training in therapeutic treatment techniques, deep tissue, and RAPID Neurofascial Reset.

I love integrating various modalities including orthopedic massage, myofascial release, and cupping into treatments to help clients achieve overall wellness.

When I’m not seeing clients, I can be found camping, knitting, spending time with her family, or enjoying a good book on a quiet evening.
