What are your working hours?

We are open Monday to Sunday to best accommodate anyone’s busy schedules. Our clinic operational hours, Monday to Friday, are from 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. and on weekends from 7 A.M. until 8 P.M.

What are the services you offer?

Otium Wellness happily offers several services, including five kinds of massage therapy (relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, pregnancy massage, and hot stone), acupuncture, manual osteopathy, and meditation services.

Instead, we prefer to put an emphasis on proactive and mindful treatments. Every member of our team has a highly educational background and utilizes it to support our client’s health best. Although it may sound odd, we want to see you infrequently. Not because we don’t care but because seeing our clients out and living and enjoying their lives genuinely is our goal at Otium Wellness.

Can I meet your practitioners before booking a service?

Yes! We encourage you to come in and meet our team. We happily encourage anyone seeking treatments or those who have questions about treatments to drop into our centre and allow our therapist to help guide you towards your best health.

Do I need to bring anything for my appointment?

Usually, everything you could possibly need for your treatment is provided by Otium Wellness. However, if there are specific items you will need to bring along to your appointment, our team will inform you well in advance and remind you before your appointment.
